81. Preference Established by Order (art. 68 C.C.P.). The Chief Justice or the judge designated by the Chief Justice may order, on their own initiative or upon request, that a matter be heard by preference. An application for preference shall be presented on the date and at the time agreed on with the clerk. It shall be notified to the other parties and filed with the office of the Court at least 5 working days before its presentation.
